Limitations of Our Services

No Guarantee of Outcomes: While we use our expertise to guide your decisions, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes including loan approvals, grant eligibility or construction timelines. Final decisions remain with lenders, government agencies, builders and yourself.

Information Accuracy: We provide information and recommendations based on available information at the time of consultation. Market conditions, lending criteria and government programs change. We are not liable for changes in circumstances or policies after our recommendations.

Third-Party Responsibility: We coordinate with lenders, builders, developers and other third parties, but are not responsible for their performance. Any disputes with these parties should be addressed directly with them.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for making informed decisions about your home building journey. We encourage you to independently verify information and obtain professional advice before making major decisions.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Fees and Payment

If we do not proceed with providing services for any reason, you will not be charged. If services are discontinued by either party, fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Property Plug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Direct Liability Cap: Our total liability for direct damages shall be limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $5,000, whichever is greater.

No Warranties: We provide our services on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of our recommendations. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free.

External Factors: We are not liable for outcomes affected by factors beyond our control including market conditions, interest rate changes, lender policy changes, government policy changes or the actions of third parties.

Intellectual Property
